 How long does delivery take?

All of our beds are manufactured right here in the UK, which means we can have them delivered to you within 14  days.

When can I expect my delivery?

We have deliveries going out 7 days days week, we will work with you to establish the best time for delivery and ensure your at home.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship almost everywhere in the UK.

Some areas of Scotland, Wales, NI, Highlands & Islands some postcodes that we are aware of where we won't deliver: AB, some BT, DD, FK, HS, IV, some KA, KY, KW, PA, PH, ZE, Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

All our item prices include free postage. Even though we list as free please note we still do have to pay for postage and in certain instances where a item needs to be returned due to no error of ours then it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the cost of returning the item. Any issues arising due to our own fault we will happily pay the cost of postage for replacement/returns. In the event of a item being ordered incorrect colour/size/you don't like it then you would pay the cost of returning the item and we will deduct a cancellation admin fee of £10 from the amount you are owed in the event of a refund and in the event of a different item being sent out then you would need to pay the cost of re-posting.

All our items come with 14 days return with all faults or damage need reporting within 3 days of the item being delivered. Most items come with 1 year guarantee on workmanship where any defects arise within the wooden frame, hinges, gas lift we will replace them however natural wear and tear is not covered.

Replacement parts are available in the event of item being damaged by yourself in any scenario.

There are certain areas we we do not deliver our items. This is due to high postage costs and even though some people will be willing o pay them unfortunately we would still not send the item to them areas. This is due to instances where the item has turned up damaged and when we have to send a replacement we have to then incur the cost of postage. Please contact us to have your postcode checked out before purchase and if you haven't read this then in some instances we would check postage and cancel order if postage is high and then point out to read this.
